The Monti Lab Innovation in Chemical Genomics & Drug Optimisation

Genta is a Master’s student at the Monti Lab with experience in chemistry and bioinformatics. While completing his undergraduate degree in chemistry at the University of Melbourne, he developed a keen interest in drug discovery and a foundation in practical lab skills. At the Monti Lab, his research involves using bioinformatic tools to characterise potential genomic drug targets in bacterial and parasitic pathogens.
